The GPPA held Elections during its General Meeting on the 19th. The GPPA General Meeting has been moved to the 15th of October, due to the Jeff Toews Annual Memorial Hockey Tournament the following week. Meeting is at Paradise Inn (Rotary Room) Doors Open at 6:00 pm This General Meeting will include a presentation by CAPP (Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers). This presentation by CAPP (approximately 45 minutes long) will provide an update on the impacts of the recent downturn on the Canadian and local economy. On September 16th the Grande Prairie Petroleum Association is inviting members and industry an opportunity to Engage with the Royalty Review committee members ( Leona Hanson, Dave Mowat, chairman and resource staff). The event is scheduled for 7:30am, At the Pomeroy Hotel and Convention center.
