GPPA General Meetings

Occur usually on the third Thursday of every month except July, August and December.

General Meetings occur at the Pomeroy Hotel & Conference Centre, Doors open at 6:00 pm, unless previously announced.

• Previous meetings are reviewed.
• Items from the Board meetings are brought forward
• Various presentations from a number of local and other businesses, associations and related industry groups.
• Donation Requests are discussed and decided upon by the General membership.
• Various monthly membership draws are conducted, including a 50/50 and a monthly snowball.
• All meeting records are documented.
