GPPA Golf Tournament Registration

Practice Round Tee Time Booking: For those who wish to book a practice round please contact Pro shop at Golf and Country Club via phone at 780-532-0340 starting July 16. Please note that there are only 14 advanced spots available, with 2 spots at the top of every hour starting from 9 am onwards. Open booking start August 4th for the Wednesday practice rounds. Please keep in mind that this is also Men’s night at the country club. (Practice rounds are payed at the course, not included in registration fee). 

Sponsorship Opportunities: We still have door prize sponsorship opportunities available for the tournament. If you or your company are interested in becoming a sponsor, please reach out to us as soon as possible.  Contact Committee at gppagolfchair@gmail.com along with your logo.  

Cancellation Policy: Please be aware that there will be no cancellation refunds for golfers after July 25th, 2025. If you have registered and need to cancel, please make sure to do so before this date to avoid any inconvenience.   

Golf Carts : If you have a golf cart, feel free to bring and use during the tournament.

Registration Date Reminder: A quick reminder that registration for the tournament will take place on Wednesday, August 6th, 2025, starting at 6:30pm.

Attendance is mandatory. We encourage you to arrive for happy hour and appy’s during registration. We have an exciting evening planned with the Vegas night theme. (Have your clubs available or borrow a friends).
