Wednesday – August 9

Booked Practise Rounds – 2 bookings per hour -10 tee times.

Book directly at the Grande Prairie Golf Country & Club (First Come First Serve)

Registration Starts at 6 pm followed by Pizza/Happy Hour

Thursday – August 10th

Aces Tournament 9 am - 4 Ball Scramble

Happy Hour

9 Holes – Medal Play  – 2 pm start

Supper After the 9 Hole Round

Friday – Aug 11th

18 holes with a Shoot Gun at 10 am at the Grande Prairie Golf  &Country Club

250,000 Shoot out after the golf round.

Special Notes:

Practice Round Tee Time Booking: For those who wish to book a practice round please contact Chuck via email at Chuck@virtusservices.com. Please note that there are only 10 Advanced spots available, with 2 spots at the top of every hour starting from 9 am onwards. Open booking start August 4th for the Wednesday practice rounds. Please keep in mind that this is also Men’s night at the country club.

Sponsorship Opportunities: We still have sponsorship opportunities available for the tournament. If you or your company are interested in becoming a sponsor, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

Waiting List and Registration: We are delighted to announce that the tournament is now full! However, we have opened a waiting list for any last-minute openings. To join the waiting list, please contact Carrie at 780-831-4407.
Cancellation Policy: Please be aware that there will be no cancellation refunds for golfers after August 1, 2023. If you have registered and need to cancel, please make sure to do so before this date to avoid any inconvenience.

Golf Carts : If you have a golf cart, feel free to bring and use during the tournament.

Registration Date Reminder: A quick reminder that the registration for the tournament will take place on Wednesday, August 9th, 2023, starting at 6 pm. We encourage you to arrive for happy hour and pizza during registration.
