To get on the waitlist contact Carrie at 780-831-4407 \nYour 2023 entry will include : \nRegistration Gift\, \n2 Days of Golf & Cart\, \n              Practice round availability\, \n              Registration Hospitality Happy Hour\, \nBreakfast for two days \nA Banquet ticket for Thursday evening. \n4 Great Food & Beverage Holes while you golfing on the course ( that’s in AMAZING Shape) \nPrizes \nRegistration and Two Days of Golf  $300.00 plus gst \nYour fun meter will be on full with all the networking and socializing  – Priceless \n  \nWe are taking the first 144 golfers.  2021 & 2022 Tournament  was SOLD OUT with a waiting list. \nAgenda Details for the 2023 Golf Tournament \n  \nWednesday – August 9 \nBooked Practise Rounds – 2 bookings per hour -10 tee times. \nBook directly at the Grande Prairie Golf Country & Club (First Come First Serve) \nRegistration Starts at 6 pm followed by Pizza/Happy Hour \n  \nThursday – August 10th \nAces Tournament 9 am – 4 Ball Scramble \nHappy Hour \n9 Holes – Medal Play  – 2 pm start \nSupper After the 9 Hole Round \n  \nFriday – Aug 11th \n18 holes with a Shoot Gun at 10 am at the Grande Prairie Golf  &Country Club \n250\,000 Shoot out after the golf round. \nPrize presentation \n\nSpecial Notes: \nPractice Round Tee Time Booking: For those who wish to book a practice round please contact Chuck via email at Chuck@virtusservices.com. Please note that there are only 10 Advanced spots available\, with 2 spots at the top of every hour starting from 9 am onwards. Open booking start August 4th for the Wednesday practice rounds. Please keep in mind that this is also Men’s night at the country club. \nSponsorship Opportunities: We still have sponsorship opportunities available for the tournament. However\, we have opened a waiting list for any last-minute openings.
